rupture disc

Rupture discs are safety devices designed to protect pressure systems from overpressure.

Buyers can source rupture discs in a wide range of diameters, from 15 mm up to 629 mm, including common sizes like 25.4 mm and 50.8 mm.

These discs are manufactured from various materials, including stainless steel (Grades 316 and 304), PFA, lead, carbon, nickel (Grade 2.4066), and copper, to suit different operating environments and media.

They are available for a broad spectrum of bursting pressures, ranging from 20 kPa to 1,400 kPa, with specific options at 450 bar.

Both standard and preformed packing types are available, ensuring suitability for diverse industrial applications.
